SpotlightDepot.com is operated by Nevra LLC. We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms of Service at any time. Your continued use of the site following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

2. Products & Pricing

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time without notice. Prices are subject to change without notice. We have made every effort to display product specifications accurately but cannot guarantee that your display will reflect exact colors or dimensions.

3. Vehicle Compatibility

Many products — particularly Unity post-mount spotlights — are vehicle-specific. It is the customer's responsibility to verify compatibility before purchasing. We recommend using Unity's Application Search at unityusa.com to confirm correct fitment. SpotlightDepot is not responsible for orders placed for incompatible vehicles.

4. Payment

We accept Shopify Payments (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) and PayPal. Payment must be received and verified before an order is processed and shipped.

5. Made-to-Order Items

Certain products — including select Unity spotlight models — are manufactured to order. These items cannot be cancelled once the order has been confirmed and are clearly marked on the product page.

6. B2B & Dealer Accounts

Dealer pricing and wholesale accounts are available through our SparkLayer B2B portal. Dealer accounts are subject to approval by Nevra LLC. We reserve the right to approve, deny, or terminate dealer accounts at our discretion. Dealer pricing is confidential and may not be shared with third parties. Misuse of dealer pricing will result in immediate account termination.

7. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our site for any unlawful purpose, to violate any applicable laws or regulations, or to infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service and all products are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranty of any kind, express or implied. SpotlightDepot does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Nevra LLC, SpotlightDepot.com, or any of our officers, directors, or employees be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our products or services.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Nevra LLC is registered, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
