Free Shipping

Free standard shipping on all orders over $75 shipped within the contiguous United States. Orders under $75 are subject to a flat shipping rate calculated at checkout.

Processing Time

In-stock items are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days of order confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or federal holidays are processed the next business day.

Made-to-Order Items

Certain Unity spotlight products are manufactured to order and carry extended lead times. These items are clearly marked "Made to Order" on the product page. Made-to-order items cannot be cancelled once the order has been placed and confirmed. Please allow additional production time — estimated lead time is noted on each product page.

Shipping Methods & Transit Times

We ship via UPS, FedEx, and USPS. Estimated transit times after dispatch:

  • Standard Ground: 5–8 business days
  • Expedited (2-Day): 2 business days
  • Overnight: 1 business day

Transit times are estimates and are not guaranteed. SpotlightDepot is not responsible for carrier delays outside of our control.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to the 48 contiguous United States only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, P.O. Boxes, or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

Order Tracking

A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order ships. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to update in the carrier's system.

Signature Required

Orders over $500 may require a signature upon delivery to protect against theft and fraud. If you require alternate delivery arrangements, please contact us before placing your order.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, photograph the damage and contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@spotlightdepot.com. We will work with the carrier to file a claim and arrange a replacement or refund.

If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please check with neighbors and building management first, then contact us.

Fleet & B2B Orders

Fleet orders of 5 or more units may qualify for special shipping arrangements. Contact us at info@spotlightdepot.com before placing a large order.
